(This note is not part of the Regulations)
The Education (Grant) (Henrietta Barnett School) Regulations 1994 ("the principal Regulations") authorise the Secretary of State to pay grant to the governing body of the Henrietta Barnett school in respect of legal advice, assistance or representation (and compensation) incurred, or to be incurred, by them in connection with a written notice dated 18th March 1993 terminating the school's right to use and occupy all or any part of the premises of the Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute. These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by extending the power more generally to pay grant in respect of advice, assistance or representation in connection with that school's use and occupation of those premises.
1944 c. 31; section 100(1)(b) was amended by section 213(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988 (c. 40).
