The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Nottingham Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 14th March 1995.
(2) In this Order-
"the Authority" means the Nottingham Health Authority;
"the Trust" means the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust ;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 25th November 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 14th March 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust on 14th March 1995 trust property formerly held by the Nottingham Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
