The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to changes in the areas and functions of health authorities arising out of the abolition of Airedale District, the variation of Bradford District and the determination of North Yorkshire District(2), having consulted the Bradford Health Authority and the North Yorkshire Health Authority in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the North Yorkshire Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 17th May 1995.
(2) In this Order-
"the first Authority" means the Bradford Health Authority;
"the second Authority" means the North Yorkshire Health Authority;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Authority and the second Authority on 1stAugust 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Authority and the second Authority.
2. On 17th May 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Authority to the second Authority.

This Order transfers to the North Yorkshire Health Authority on 17th May 1995 trust property formerly held by the Bradford Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
