1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the A19 Trunk Road (Portrack Roundabout) (Trunking) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 14th November 1994.
(2) In this Order, all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.
2. The area of highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.
3. The trunk road is indicated by the black vertical stripes on the plan numbered HA10/2-/244, marked "The A19 Trunk Road (Portrack Roundabout) (Trunking) Order 1994", signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.

The area of highway becoming trunk road is the roundabout at Portrack Junction in the County of Cleveland linking with the A1046, the A1032 and slip roads to and from the A19 Trunk Road.
