1. This Scheme may be cited as the M606 Motorway (Staygate Extension) Scheme 1994 and shall come into force on 7th October 1994.
2. The Secretary of State is authorised to provide a special road for the exclusive use of traffic of Classes I and II of the classes of traffic set out in Schedule 4 to the Highways Act 1980 along a route from the northern end of the M606 Motorway (being at a point 90 metres south of the southern overbridge at Staygate Roundabout, at Bradford in the County of West Yorkshire) to a point 105 metres north of the northern overbridge at that roundabout, a distance of 0.31 kilometres.
3. The centre line of the new special road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA16/YHNMD 2, marked "The M606 Motorway (Staygate Extension) Scheme 1994", signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.
4. The new special road shall become a trunk road on the date when this Scheme comes into force.
