The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 60 and 62(1)(a) of the Housing Act 1988(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consulting with the council of the London Borough of Brent in accordance with section 61(1) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
1. This Order may be cited as the Stonebridge Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1994 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
2. In this Order, "the map" means the map entitled "Map referred to in the Stonebridge Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1994", of which prints, signed by an Under Secretary in the Department of the Environment, are deposited and available for inspection at the principal office of each of the Secretary of State for the Environment and the council of the London Borough of Brent.
3. The area of land shown on the map bounded externally by a black line and edged internally with a stippled band is hereby designated as a housing action trust area.
4. For the area designated by article 3 above there is hereby established a housing action trust, named the Stonebridge Housing Action Trust.

This Order designates an area of land totalling approximately 31.4 hectares in the London Borough of Brent as a housing action trust area, and establishes a housing action trust for that area to be called the Stonebridge Housing Action Trust. The location of the designated area is shown on the map forming part of this note.
