(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order varies supplementary provisions made in the Greater London and Kent (County Boundaries) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992 No. 2090). That Order transfers areas between the London borough of Bexley, which is in Greater London and forms part of the Metropolitan Police District, and the borough of Dartford in the county of Kent, which lies outside that District. The effect of the variations made by the present Order is to make the relevant consequential adjustments to the boundary of the Metropolitan Police District.
