Secretary of State for Wales
3rd December 1992
(This note is not part of the Order)
The Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) (Amendment) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/1698) made minor amendments to Schedule 3 and 4 to the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/1082 as subsequently amended). Under the amendment Order Sir Thomas Picton School in the County of Dyfed was moved from the provisions of Part I to Part II of Schedule 3 so as to postpone the coming into force of the provisions of the principal Order in relation to the third key stage for the school by a further two years.
The present Order disapplies provisions in the 1990 Order which brought into force the third key stage for the school on 1st August 1992 and, consequently, the provision shall be brought into force on 1st August 1994.
