The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by Exeter Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Exeter and District Community Health Service National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Exeter and District Community Health Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 16th July 1992.
(2) In this Order:
"the Authority"means Exeter Health Authority;
"the Trust"means the Exeter and District Community Health Service National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property"means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust before the date on which this Order is made, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 16th July 1992 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Exeter and District Community Health Service National Health Service Trust on 16th July 1992 trust property formerly held by Exeter Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Richmond House, 79 Whitehall, London SW1A 2NS.
