The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of thepowers conferred on him by section 1(1) and (2) and section 24(1) of theFood and Environment Protection Act 1985(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf,hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (EmergencyProhibitions) (Lead in Cattle) (England) (Revocation) (No. 2) Order 1991and shall come into force on 16th March 1991.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Lead in Cattle)(England) Order 1991(2) is hereby revoked.
In witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister ofAgriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 15th March 1991.

The Order revokes the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Leadin Cattle) (England) Order 1991 which contained emergency prohibitionsin order to prevent human consumption of food which may have beenrendered unsuitable for that purpose in consequence of cattle consuminglead or some other metal.
1985 c. 48; section 1 was amended by section 51 of theFood Safety Act 1990 (c. 16), and section 24 was amended by paragraph 29of Schedule 3 to that Act.
