1. The Buckinghamshire County Council Campbell Park to Newlands (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990 is hereby confirmed without modifications.
2. The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plan are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY; and at the offices of the County Council of Buckinghamshire, County Hall, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP20 1UA.
3. The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first publsihed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.
4. This Instrument may be cited as the Buckinghamshire County Council Campbell Park to Newlands (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990 Confirmation Instrument 1991.

Buckinghamshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") make this Scheme in exercise of their powers under Section 106 of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers:-“
1. The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Grand Union Canal between Campbell Parkand newlands in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckinghamshire the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to construct between Campbell Parkand Newlands in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the said County.
2. This Scheme may be cited as The Buckinghamshire County Council Campbell Park to Newlands (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990.
GIVEN under the Common Seal of the Council of the 3rd day of August 1990.
The location and specifications of the bridge are shown on drawing number M1440/051 attached hereto and the construction of the bridge shall include:-“
Clear Square Span | 19.4 metres |
Minimum Waterway Width | 13.5 metres |
Minimum Canal Headroom | 3 metres |
