The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 106 of the Mental Health Act 1983(1) and with the consent of the Treasury so far as is required by subsection (5) of that section hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) (Amendment) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 1st May 1990.
2. Column 2 of Schedule 2 to the Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) Rules 1986(2) shall be amended as follows:
(a)for the figure "£30.00" there shall be substituted the figure "£50.00"
(b)for the figure "£5.00" there shall be substituted the figure "£10.00"
