The Secretary of State for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 166(1), (2) and (4) of the Education Reform Act 1988 (1)hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Schools Designation) (No. 2) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
2. St Francis Xavier Sixth Form College, Malwood Road, London, SW12 8EN and Woolverstone Hall, Woolverstone, Suffolk, 1P9 1AZ (being schools maintained by the Inner London Education Authority) are hereby designated in relation to the London Borough of Wandsworth and Suffolk County Council respectively.

(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates St Francis Xavier Sixth Form College in relation to the London Borough of Wandsworth and Woolverstone Hall in relation to Suffolk County Council. The schools are currently maintained by the Inner London Education Authority ("ILEA"). On the abolition of ILEA on 1st April 1990 it will become the duty of each authority in its capacity as a local education authority to maintain the school designated in relation to it.
