1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant) (St. Augustine's School) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 29th May 1989.
2. The Secretary of State may before 31st March 1990 pay a grant of such amount not exceeding £527,170 as he may determine to the governors of St. Augustine's Church of England Junior Mixed and Infants School, Kilburn, London, ("the governors") in respect of expenditure to be incurred by them on or in connection with the provision of premises for the purposes of the School.
3. Where grant is paid under these Regulations the governors shall comply with such requirements (including requirements as to the repayment of grant) as may be specified by the Secretary of State.

These Regulations authorise the Secretary of State to pay before 31st March 1990 a grant not exceeding £527,170 to the governors of St. Augustine's Church of England Junior Mixed and Infants School, Kilburn, London, to help meet expenditure to be incurred by them in providing premises for the School. Payment is subject to such requirements as the Secretary of State may specify.
