1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Anglian Water Authority (West Drain Discharge) Order 1989 and shall come into force on the 18th April 1989.
(2) The Anglian Water Authority Acts and Orders 1974 to 1988 and this Order may be cited together as the Anglian Water Authority Acts and Orders 1974 to 1989.
(3) In this Order "the deposited map" means the map prepared in duplicate signed by an Under Secretary in the Department of the Environment and marked "Map referred to in the Anglian Water Authority (West Drain Discharge) Order 1989", one duplicate of which is deposited and available for inspection at the offices of the Authority's Lincoln Division at Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln LN2 8HA and the other at the offices of the Secretary of State for the Environment.
2. The Anglian Water Authority may for the purpose of protecting the River Ancholme from saline or estuarine water discharge estuarine water from the River Ancholme into the West Drain at a discharge point at National Grid Reference SE 975210 and indicated on the deposited map at a rate not exceeding 24,000 cubic metres in any period of 24 hours.
