(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Petty Sessional Divisions (Northamptonshire) Order 1987, which gave effect to a draft Order for the amalgamation of petty sessional divisions in the county submitted by the magistrates' courts committee, so as to correct certain errors in that Order. This Order substitutes the names of three of the parishes comprised in the petty sessional division of Daventry constituted by that Order and provides that the licensing hours in force in each of the petty sessional divisions abolished by that Order continue in force until the coming into force of an order fixing permitted hours made at the 1988 general annual licensing meeting of the justices for the respective new division created by that Order for each abolished division.
