1. These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 23rd December 1987.
2. The Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) Regulations 1983(3) shall be amended by the substitution-
(a)in regulations 4 and 5 of "£100" for "£105" and "£26" for "£27";
(b)in regulation 6 of "£2" for "£2.80" and "£1" for "£1.70";
(c)in regulation 7 of "£2" for "£2.80".

These Regulations amend the Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) Regulations 1983. The effect of the amendments is to reduce the fees prescribed by the Regulations for Community authorisations, E.C.M.T. licences, journey permits, road-rail certificates and special permits as defined in those Regulations.
