The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 48 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Duties (Temporary Importation) (Revocation) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 10th November 1987.
2. The Statutory Instruments mentioned in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby revoked but shall continue to have effect in relation to goods imported prior to 1st January 1986.
