The Order is made in consequence of an application by Trinity House as pilotage authority for the London Pilotage District. Objections to the application made in accordance with the Pilotage Orders (Applications) Regulations 1980 (S.I. 1980/1163) have been withdrawn.
1913 c.clxv; the Order now in force (to which there have been amendments not relevant to the present Order) was substituted by S.R. & O. 1937/1122.
