The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 76(1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1982, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Administration of Justice Act 1982 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1984.
2. The following sections of theAdministration of Justice Act 1982 shall come into force on 1st September 1984:
(a)sections 34 and 35; and
(b)section 75(1) and schedule 9 so far as they relate to section 148 of the County Courts Act 1959.

This Order brings into operation the following provisions of the Administration of Justice Act 1982;
(a) Section 34: amending the County Courts Act 1959 and the Charging Orders Act 1979 (c.53) (transfer of High Court judgments and orders to the county court for enforcement);
(b) Section 35: amending the County Courts Act 1959 (transfer of county court judgments exceeding a specified amount to the High Court for enforcement); and
(c) Section 75 (repeals and revocations) so far as it relates to section 148 of the County Courts Act 1959 (administration orders).
The following provisions of the Act have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order:
