WILDLIFE COUNTRYSIDE

The Secretary of State for the Environment as respects England and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(3) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, hereby make the following order:
1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1982.
2. Section 46 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 shall come into force on 19th August 1982.

This order provides for section 46 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to come into force on 19th August 1982. Section 46 relates to the membership of National Park Authorities.
In addition to the provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 brought into force by section 74(2) of that Act, the following provisions have been brought into force by previous commencement orders:
