An Act to make provision for the reconveyance of certain property to the Minister of Works; and for purposes connected therewith.

1. Provision for reconveyance of Hillsborough Castle.
— (1) None of the provisions of section five of the Stormont Regulation and Government Property Act (Northern Ireland), 1933
(in this Act referred to as
“ the principal Act ” ) shall apply to or affect the mansion house known as Hillsborough Castle with the demesne and certain other lands described in the First Schedule to an Indenture made the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, between the Commissioners of His Majesty's Works and Public Buildings of the one part and the Ministry of Finance (in this Act referred to as
“ the Ministry ” ) of the other part (being the hereditaments mentioned in Paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the principal Act).

— (1) This Act may be cited as the Government Property (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland), 1955.
(2) This Act and the principal Act may be cited together as the Government Property Acts (Northern Ireland), 1933 and 1955.
