DECISION
" I feel the requirement for monthly returns, and the deposit to be grossly unfair. My customers are all on sixty days credit terms, and this would mean that not only raising the deposit, but funding Customs & Excise payment for a thirty day period.
As a new company this is simply not possible, and I wish to appeal against your decision."
