WK v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and AK (CSM) [2024] UKUT 7 (AAC) (15 December 2023)
Child support maintenance - Non-resident parent (NRP) had four other children with another partner who were not qualifying children - Whether the four children were "relevant other children" (ROC) or "children in a family-based arrangement" (CIFBA) - Child Maintenance Service (CMS) notified in 2016 that children were ROC when in fact they were CIFBA - correct information as to their status provided by NRP to CMS in 2020 - when correct change of status of children took effect for purpose of maintenance calculations - revisions and supersessions - whether FTT addressed conflicting evidence provided by CMS - whether NRP aware of the case he had to meet.
