AMS v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (PC) (European Union law - free movement) [2017] UKUT 381 (AAC) (19 September 2017)
AMS v SSWP (PC) (second interim decision) [2017] UKUT 48 (AAC) had earlier held that C-140/12 Brey remained good law for cases to which it applied, notwithstanding more recent decisions of the CJEU on freedom of movement. This final decision examines how it applies on the facts of the instant case, where the claimant has a variety of other means of support, given the structure of state pension credit.
