Summary
The invention relates to a device and method for killing pathogens in the treatment space of an ambulance through the use of equipment to dispense stored hypochlorous acid (HOCL) in the form of a mist into the space. Additives such as deodorisers, insect repellents and/or substances providing fragrances or aromas. may be included in the stored HOCL solution. ApplyingWindsurfing, the hearing officer found the invention to lack an inventive step on the basis of any of a number of documents and common general knowledge. The application was therefore refused.
