Summary
The application concerned a target on a golf driving range at which golfers could aim shots. The hearing officer found that the claims were unclear in that they did not define the scope of protection sought and further that they lacked novelty and inventive step. The applicant was given one month within which to file an amended set of claims to overcome these objections, if the applicant does not file claims within this time the application will be refused.
