Summary
The evidence showed use of the mark THIRTYSOMETHING, under licence from the registered proprietor, only in respect of a television series. (No use was shown of the other three marks in the series but as this aspect had not been put in issue by the applicants the Hearing Officer decided not to address it). In the result the registration was reduced so as to cover “production of television shows”.
