Summary
The invention set out in the application entitled “A Device for Generating Free Energy from the Centrifugal Effect” was found to contravene the well-established law of conservation of energy. The application was therefore refused for want of industrial application. The application was also found to be neither clear nor complete enough for the invention to be performed by a person skilled in the art.
