Summary
The invention relates to a device which is said to generate energy from gravity using a rotor with a multiplicity of pairs of weighted and balanced levers operating to displace fluid during the rotation of the rotor to provide unbalanced buoyancy or weight urging the rotor in its rotational movement. The hearing officer found that the invention lacked industrial application as the mode of operation suggested was contrary to the law of conservation of energy.
