Summary
The application relates to a roof structure. The description includes much detail about constructions for vehicles, but only a bald statement that it can also be applied to a building. The examiner had objected that the description is objectionable under section 14(3) insofar as the claims extend to building constructions. Other objections to the application remain. The hearing officer found, giving the benefit of the doubt to the applicant, that the specification was not insufficient for the independent claims currently under consideration; but that, if the claims were restricted, objection might arise.
