Summary
The application relates to a vehicle powered by compressed air provided by an on-board compressor which is driven by an electric motor which in turn receives its power from a battery. The battery is charged by an alternator driven by the engine. The hearing officer refused the application on the grounds that it was a classic example of a perpetual motion machine and therefore, according to the laws of physics, incapable of industrial application.
