Summary
The 'invention' is a perpetual motion machine involving a large number of capillary tubes used to draw water 100 metres into the sky so that it can fall back to ground level and drive a turbine. The application is identical to an earlier application that has already been refused by the Comptroller, whose decision was upheld on appeal to the Patents Court. The applicant was refused leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal and so he filed the same application a second time in order to get a second chance with the Courts.
