Summary
In Decision 0235/01 it was held that Mr Williams was entitled to the invention in the several patent applications. The parties were invited to agree a suitable form of order which they did. In was thus ordered that Mr Williams was entitled to proprietorship of the GB Application and all applications and granted patents therefrom; also that all applications claiming priority from the GB Application should proceed solely in the name of Mr Williams. The defendants were ordered to disclose to the claimant the existence of all applications and granted patents claiming priority from the GB Application, , and transfer proprietorship thereof to the defendant.
