Summary
The opponents had requested and been granted a number of extensions of time in these proceedings; these were not opposed by the applicants. Finally the Registrar took a view that no further extensions should be granted, and subsequently refused the extension following a hearing. The Hearing Officer also struck out the Section 5(4) objection and ruled that the opposition could proceed under Section 5(2) (as that does not require evidence).
