Summary
This was an appeal to the Appointed Person against the Registrar's Hearing Officer's decision to grant a declaration of invalidity against the mark KANGO (see SRIS O/029/00), he having found that the mark had been registered contrary to the provisions of Section 5(2). The Appointed Person upheld the Hearing Officer's decision and dismissed the appeal.
