The complainant requested information about immigration raids carried out in specific postcode areas of Kent between 2022 to 2024. The Home Office provided information in scope of the request but explained that the information with five or fewer results was being withheld as it related to third party individuals under section 40(2) -“ personal information. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the Home Office was entitled to rely on section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold information in scope of the request in this case. The Commissioner does not require any steps as a result of this decision.
