The complainant has requested information about the Home Office's Interactive Advance Passenger Information (iAPI) and (Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) systems. The Home Office disclosed some information, but it withheld a detailed technical specification document, citing section 31(1)(e) (Law enforcement - prejudice to the operation of the immigration controls) of FOIA. The Commissioner's decision is that the Home Office was entitled to apply section 31(1)(e) to withhold the information.
