The complainant has requested information about "the Cabinet Office requiring departments to introduce a policy of minimum staff attendance into the office of 60 per cent". The Cabinet Office ("the public authority") relies on section 36 to withhold the requested information.The Commissioner's decision is that the public authority was correct to apply the exemptions cited to withhold the information from disclosure.
