Financial Conduct Authority
The complainant has requested from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) information relating to the design, publication and views (on the results) of a survey. The FCA responded to the request outside the statutory time frame. The Commissioner’s decision is that the FCA breached section 10(1) and section 17(1) of FOIA by failing to respond to the request or issue a refusal notice within the statutory time frame of 20 working days.
