Kent County Council
The complainant requested information from Kent County Council (“the Council”) regarding parking on a paved vehicle access point outside a particular residential address. The Council refused the request, citing regulation 12(4)(b) (manifestly unreasonable) as its basis for doing so. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to refuse the request under regulation 12(4)(b). The Commissioner does not require further steps.
