Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council
The complainant has requested information provided to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council (the Council) as part of a planning enforcement case. The Council provided some information and withheld other information in reliance on the exception at regulation 12(5)(b) of the EIR (adverse effect on the course of justice).
