The complainant made a request to DLUHC, requesting copies of information it has taken into account when producing a regulatory impact assessment of the Private Parking Code of Practice. DLUHC has refused the request under section 14(1) of FOIA (vexatious requests) on the grounds that to comply with the request would be excessively burdensome. The Commissioner’s decision is that DLUHC is entitled to refuse the request under section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
