Independent Office for Police Conduct
The complainant has requested information pertaining to Independent Office for Police Conduct’s (IOPC) investigation into the actions of a named former Police Officer and their handling of a report of indecent exposure. IOPC withheld the requested information citing section 40(2) of FOIA (Personal information).
