Wolverhampton City Council
The complainant has requested information from the City of Wolverhampton Council (“the Council”) in relation to the costs of children’s residential placements. The Council provided some information, but withheld the remainder, citing section 40(2) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
