Financial Conduct Authority
The complainant requested information from the Financial Conduct Authority (“the FCA”) about the number of Directors and Heads of Department that had been placed on Performance Improvement Plans. The Commissioner’s decision is that the FCA breached section 10(1) of the FOIA by failing to provide a valid response to the request within the statutory time frame of 20 working days.
