The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has advised that it does not hold any of the information the complainant has requested. The Commissioner’s decision is as follows: On the balance of probabilities, DHSC does not hold the requested information and has complied with section 1(1)(a) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require DHSC to take any corrective steps.
