Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council
The complainant made a 23-part request to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council regarding his concerns about planning matters. The Council refused the request under regulation 12(4)(b) of the EIR on the basis that it was manifestly unreasonable.
