Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland
The complainant has requested from the Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland (OSSS), copies of Secretary of State for Scotland Alister Jack’s minister diaries from 1 December 2019 to 13 April 2021. The Commissioner’s decision is that the OSSS has correctly refused the request under section 12(1) of FOIA – exceeds appropriate limit.
