Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board
The complainant requested information relating to the sending of some greetings cards. Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board provided some information, denied holding some information, relied on section 42(1) of FOIA (legal professional privilege) to withhold some information and refused the remainder of the request as vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that in respect of element [3] to [6], such information as the Board holds is the complainant’s own personal data and thus exempt under section 40(1) of FOIA. Element [7] and elements [9] to [12] of the request were vexatious and the Board was entitled to rely on section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse them. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
